Lijiang IG's production line uses the latest technology. Its main purpose is to create high-end quality, provide a lot of useful features, improve production efficiency, save production cost and generate maximum profit.

Currently, there are two hollow wires in Lijiang mainly with different technologies. One is to use transport wheels to transport glass, and the other is to use air levitation technology to transport glass. This new technology has been adopted to improve the high quality of IG production in order to prevent the glass from being contaminated by wheels and leaving no traces.

1. The washing machine uses 304 stainless steel materials

The whole washing and drying section adopt 304 stainless steel materials, including the plate and interior spare parts

2.The washing machine uses six soft (Low-e) brushes with the 0.1mm diameter only.

It has 6 brushes which are all soft brush, can wash low-e glass, flat glass, tempered glass and so on. It has a diameter of less than 0.1mm bristles, never damage glass, especially for low-e glass.

4.Hot water system and water filtration system

Due to the different water quality in different countries, in order to ensure that the glass is clean enough, the air heating system is used, and the glass must be cleaned with soft water. In addition, the water filter system is used for water recycling to save water and keep the water quality clear.

5.The pressing box uses servo motor and timing belt to support pressing IG units.

Servo motor can be accurately calculated the thickness of the glass and aluminum spacer. Compared with traditional hydraulic station, servo motor can guarantee the precise working pressure and protect the glass from damage, at the same time increasing the working speed.

Timing belt is jagged, making the pressing more accuratly.

6. This is the first tool in China that uses adjustable points to ensure that the pressure plate never deforms.

We use CNC technology in the pressure plate. We have designed adjustable points inside the pressure plate to keep the back plate straight. In China, with the exception of Lijiang, no one can guarantee that the platen will remain vertical and straight after 10 or 20 years of use. However, we have solved this problem.

7.Pressure box energy saving
The press box uses 3 micro switches to divide the press part into 4 areas.

When each micro switch receives a signal, it will add a part of the working area. When the corresponding micro switch is not touched, this area does not work.

L When the glass L≤1.5m, zone 1 works.
When the glass L = 1.5m-2.3m, zone 1 and zone 2 work.
glass When glass 2.3m <L <3.2m, zone 1, zone 2 and zone 3 work.
glass When glass 3.2m = L ≤ 4m, all areas work together.

In addition, the sides and bottom of the sealed box will be sealed to ensure the inflation effect. It can save a lot of argon and electricity.

8. Automatic high-speed argon filling

The IG production line only fills 22s of argon with a piece of 1m * 1m double glass. The argon gas value can be set and displayed directly on the screen. From the screen, we can visually observe the argon content and filling rate.

When the two glasses are closed, it will begin to fill argon from the bottom of the glass. When the previous set value is reached, inflation will stop automatically.

9. Variable wheel and air float technology

Both the front and rear transmission wheels have moved and have been actively transmitted. It can ensure the smooth passage of large and thick glass.

The new air floating technology uses air support glass and transfer glass. After washing the glass from the washing machine with a washing machine, it will not be contaminated when using air to transport the glass. Ensure that the insulating glass produced is of the highest quality.

10. Low-e glass sensor in washing machine

The sensor is installed before the washing machine. It can quickly and accurately identify the Low-e glass surface automatically and prevent the glass from falling off the Low-e surface.

11. The special structure inside the washing machine can automatically recognize the glass thickness. Allows rapid transfer of glass of different thicknesses, thereby increasing production speed. According to the test, it takes only 22 seconds to produce 1m * m insulating glass.

1). There is a universal joint device. When the thickness of the glass is changed, the air knife will move back and forth to adjust the distance, so that the relative distance between the air knife and the glass is constant, so as to avoid the change in the thickness of the glass due to damage to the glass.

There are chain gears on both sides of the bottom of the glass, which can actively transfer the glass to maintain high speed. Not only large-size but small-size glass can also pass quickly.
