APPLICATION
The double glazing glass processing line ( with gas filling) consists of four sections, transfer section, washing section, inspection section and pressing section (Totally 7 parts). It uses advanced technology to make high-quality and variety DGU automatically, such as double glass, triple glass, Low-e glass, shaped glass and stepped glass. Whats' more, a new IG line which can fill two pieces of double glass at the same time.

- Ultra-long IGU can be compressed in the second time
- The machine adopts servo torque compression
- The pressure plate with adjustable flat and no deformation, can guarantee long-lasting, high-precision table
- Equipped with a precisely adjustable front platen mechanism
- The system can diagnose fault information
- The press plate can be opened to 400mm width for easy maintenance
- Applicable to produce stepped IG, triple IG and shaped IG
- Automatically filling argon gas within the plate with high, synchronous compressing glasses, to maximize the gas retention rate
- When filling shaped IG, inflatable front side of the rectangular size required 450mm (length), 280mm (high)
- No need to drill holes in spacer frame
